Our office is seeking a patient‑centered, detail‑oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and confident managing complex patients in a fast‑paced environment. This role supports direct patient care, clinical decision‑making, and coordination with our multidisciplinary providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive patient assessments.
- Medication management.
- Treatment planning.
- Follow‑up visits.
- EMR documentation.
- Collaboration with physician, counselors, and clinical staff.
- Maintaining compliance with practice policies, payer rules, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina NP license.
- 2+ years experience in neurology, pain management, behavioral health, or primary care preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Experience with EMR systems.
- Ability to manage a high‑volume patient schedule with professionalism and accuracy.
- Full‑time, Monday–Friday.
- On‑site at our Columbia, SC office.
